This machine is composed of a screw, a sealing cylinder and two forced liquid filling heads and liquid filling cylinders. The control part and the screw drive are controlled by a PLC controller to control the servo motor. The sealing cylinder is controlled by several double air control directional valves. The two filling cylinders have their own directional valve control, and use the downward air of the sealing cylinder and the filling cylinder as a single air control to control the rotation of the screw. When all the actions are completed, then the screw is rotated to ensure the accuracy of gas filling and coordination of movements. The servo motor drives the screw to the original point to perform vacuum sealing. After the sealing is completed, the lifting cylinder and the sealing cylinder move up and suck in the air, and the sealing head leaves the aero. The screw starts to rotate according to the delay time set by the PLC controller. The feed 6 speed of the screw is controlled by the parameters set by the PLC controller.
