The filling heads incorporate a liquid level control system with suction return, ensuring consistent fill levels by drawing excess liquid back into the tank when the set level is reached. The machine includes an auto piston filler, vacuum fill-er, feeding table, infeed and exit conveyors, and an intuitive touch panel. Its workstations are structured for smooth workflow: a vacuum filling head (3-piece, triple quantitative filling), crimping pump cap head, collar loading head, and collar pressing head — all designed to maximize precision, consistency, and productivity.
