MIXING TANK REACTION VESSEL

• 300 Liters x 1  & 200 Liters x 2
• Jacketed & insulated as per requirement.
• Stirrer (agitator) from top motorized system for mixing the liquid with regulator speed as per your requirement with drive control system.
• Vertical made tank.
• Jacketed with Mild steel with coil based and insulation.
• Sanitary fittings either tri-cover or flange-end with any type of valves.
• Inside is mirror polished and outside is red oxide coated paint on the mild steel.

Stainless Steel Quality

• Type of Vessel is cylindrical shape.
• Fully C-lending section internally.
• Fully washable and cleanable tank.
• Inside tank is stainless steel 316 GNP Standard
• Between the jackets special glass wall given to avoid heat outside cover of the tank.
• Outside body of the tank is made up of 304 SS (washable)
• Bottom side coil heaters will be installed (rod type) for heating tank up to 80 centigrade
